A New Year & A New Semester For Us.

Currently we had met with Mr Nik Radzi who is an event manager in sports but more focus on futsal.
We met him at Pandan Indah where he came with a very smart green scooter with Milo slogan Syoknya Bola.
Our purpose actually is to ask his help about our event that we plan to organize.
He is very supportive and he's willing to help us to for the event and he also can also get the lowest price for any stuff that we need to organize the event.

We plan to find 60 teams to play in our first event in Shah Alam area. We also need to decide whether to make it open to all or open only to our faculty students. It will be a one day event only starting from morning until night. Mr Nik Radzi can help us to find players where he have some contacts to advertise in newspaper but it may be too expensive.

However, we still can't decide to proceed with the event because we have a tight schedule as our new semester has started.
Hope that we can decide it as soon as possible because we only have a month left before the announcement of winner in March.

Also wondering about other teams: MKey, Call 21 & Go-Ge-It...how you guys are doing??
How was their progress until now? Hope they are doing just fine..

Great People with Great Mind

Here are some of the people that we met during our journey and we want to share it with you =)

1.      1.  Mr Abu Yasir

We met Abu Yasir to ask his opinion about our financial part for FutsalEx. It is because we found some difficulties about how to make the budget. He currently works in CyberNeo, Putrajaya as the Finance Manager. He was a UiTM graduate in Accountancy.

It was a nice discussion with him where we discussing about 2 hours at a restaurant after he finish his work.

He gave us a lot of suggestions about FutsalEx that can improve the idea. He also is of the same opinion with our ranking system that we plan to do. Thanks Abu Yasir, hope we can meet with you again.

2.       2. Mr. Lai Gin Nyap

He is currently one of the directors in MoneyTree (M) Sdn Bhd. We met with him during the big pitch right after we set up our booth. He was very interested with FutsalEx idea to target the fustal sport in Malaysia.

He also agreed to invest in us with one condition, after we finish building FutsalEx dummy site.

We are very happy to meet with him, thanks Mr. Gin. It was a pleasure to meet with you.

3.      3. Mr. Sheng Yeong Chia

He is actually the winner of the Maybank-MoneyTree YES Challenge Season 1. We met with him during the big pitch after all the team presented their idea.

He also is willing to help us to implement our idea. He also has some networks that we can use to collaborate with them.

He also gave us some suggestions on how we can make our revenue model more attractive. Thanks Mr. Sheng Yeong, hope we can meet again.

4.      4. Mr. Robest Yong

Mr Robest Yong is the Malaysian Innopreneur. He had invented many products and contributes a lot to the Malaysian. You can check his website and facebook to know more about him and his brilliant inventions.

Suggestions from him were very realistic and we enjoy talking with him during the big pitch. He was a nice guy to talk to.

5.      5. Mr. Bugs Tan

Mr Bugs is also an inventor, he currently have his own company name Uncle Bugs Creation Sdn Bhd located in Kuala Lumpur.  

During the Big Pitch, he was very active during Q&A session. All his questions really make sense and it makes the team sometimes struggling to answer his questions. He is such a great Malaysian and he also makes lots of contributions to Malaysian.

During the Big Pitch, he also invited us to watch the IDEA Malaysian Investors in TV3 where he was invited to the program.

6.      6. Mrs. Samsuwatd Zuha

She is currently a lecturer in Faculty of Accountancy in UiTM. We met with her during the Big Pitch and she’s willing to help us regarding our financial matters.

Actually she’s also own a business and she gave us some advice plus sharing some of her experience doing business.
